Thakur Maharaj was the founder Trustee when he registered the Trust Deed in the Sub-Registry Office of Jorehat, Assam on 23rd December 1930 AD.
Then he entrusted all his properties of Math & Ashrams on the Board of Trustees named in the Trust Deed. He appointed Swami Prajnananda Saraswati among five sanyasi Trustees as First Mohant of the Math and President of the Board of Trustees.
